11 Plus Vocabulary – Rose McGowan

An excellent book for both extending and revising vocabulary. It is particularly good for topics such as collective nouns, idioms and general knowledge (trees, flowers, birds etc) that often do not get taught in school.

Bofa 11+

Online practice for all elements assessed in the Kent Test. Previous parents and students have found it useful.

Bond Online

Bond have been producing books for 11+ practice for many years and now also have an online offering with both students and parents getting feedback after practising all elements assessed as part of the Kent Test

DoodleMaths

An app for tablet, smartphone or computer where students can learn Maths in a fun and personalised way. The program tailors what is offered to the students by both the speed and accuracy of previous answers. It is particularly motivating for Primary aged children but has relevant content to the end of KS3.

Thinking Blocks

Online practice for visualising word problems using bar models (Singapore Maths). Different areas covered include addition/subtraction, multiplication/division, fractions and ratio.
